模具发热管寿命提高的方法

模具在机械行业中广泛运用占整个电热管的销售比例中也占到30%左右的席位,加热棒作为关键部件,质量、性能的稳定与否,关系重大。面对着庞大的需求市场,就会出现各种各样的问题,主要问题还是如何正确的看待模具加热管在使用过程中发生损坏的问题,这个不但切实的关系到使用者,生产者之间直接的经济和信誉问题。所以想了解如何提高模具发热管寿命的方法,首先得分析出造成加热元件损坏的原因。以下就是我们在设计定制模具和模具使用过程红得需要注意的几点,以便延长模具加热管寿命。(仅供参考)。

2、加热棒设计时是否考虑工作环境的震动性。在模具单头加热管设计生产之前,我们还需要考虑工作环境下的震动性,倘若震动性比较大,我们加热管中的电热丝就需要采用镍铬丝。

3、工作温度的控制。在模具单头加热管工作的时候,温度的控制也是至关重要的,温度一旦控制不住,也会导致加热管外部不锈钢管体焦黑、氧化、变形,因而造成内部发热元件-电热合金丝因高温空烧融断,造成单头电热管本身寿命缩短。一般控制为在200-300℃之间。
